Happy Tails Cabin

Come enjoy our private cabin perched high on a rock outcropping in the Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina. Happy Tails Cabin is a serene get away that is truly away from it all, but only 15 minutes from Cashiers, NC.

At 4200 feet elevation, the cool temps and gentle breezes make it a delight in the summer or spring and fall.  Surrounded by conservation easement land and many miles of hiking trails, you can simply go and stay on property for a fun and relaxing get away or you can enjoy the many recreational activities and sightseeing opportunities in the area. Your morning coffee might be accompanied by whitetail deer, a black bear or two, turkey, or even the occasional bobcat, coyote or any of the birds native to the area. The cabin is being offered for one week with arrival on Saturday and departure on Sunday any time of year.

The week must be scheduled in advance and the dates are subject to prior scheduling by the owner’s family.

Bring your dog but be aware the yard is not fenced.
